Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network Launch Web Sites to Help General Motors Members Easily Find Information on Their Health Care

DETROIT, June 2 /PRNewswire/ — Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network launched web sites for General Motors members who have a need to find out information about their BCBSM and BCN health care benefits. The web site addresses are bcbsm.com/gm for BCBSM and bcbsm.com/gmbcn for Blue Care Network.

BCBSM and BCN are servicing General Motors members in a business as usual manner at this time for health care claims processing.

“We launched the web sites because we started to experience increasing call volumes from GM members. The web sites are a way to provide the most up-to-date information,” said Andrew Hetzel, Blues vice president for corporate communications.
