Thermotex Therapy Systems Ltd. Cancels Discussions with Ingen Technologies, Inc.

CALGARY, June 4 /PRNewswire/ - A press release issued by Ingen Technologies, Inc. on March 18, 2009, entitled "Ingen Restructures for Thermotex Acquisition", incorrectly stated that the company http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS117077+18-Mar-2009+GNW20090318 had acquired Thermotex Therapy Systems Ltd. by way of a cash buyout in combination with a share swap. There was no acquisition agreement between the companies but rather a non binding Letter of Intent that represented an undertaking between both parties to develop a letter of intent specific to the acquisition of Thermotex Therapy Systems Ltd. by Ingen Technologies, Inc. and for confidential disclosure of information.

Thermotex Therapy Systems Ltd. will not be acquired by Ingen Technologies, Inc. and all communication between the companies with regard to a possible transaction has been terminated.
