Conceive Magazine recognizes CVS Caremark’s focus on family-building benefits for its employees

WOONSOCKET, R.I., June 8 /PRNewswire/ — CVS Caremark (NYSE: CVS) is proud to announce it has been named one of Conceive Magazine’s 50 Best Companies in the country for offering superior family-building benefits, such as health insurance coverage for fertility diagnosis and treatment, financial assistance for adoptions, and paid and unpaid leave for birth and adoptions. Among the family-building benefits CVS Caremark offers employees are financial adoption assistance available for each employee, 6-8 weeks paid leave for birth mothers and up to 12 weeks unpaid leave for birth and adoptive parents and infertility treatment coverage for infertility diagnostic procedures, fertility medications and assisted reproductive technologies up to $20,000 per employee.
