Experts Strengthen Benefits Consulting Practice

DALLAS, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton Dunning Benefits today announced the arrival of several benefits experts to the Dallas-based health and welfare consulting company signifying continued growth and crucial positioning in anticipation of health care reform.

  • Steve Bohannon joins the Lockton Dunning Benefits team as senior vice president of strategy focusing his efforts on developing and deploying innovative solutions for clients through total plan management. With nearly 25 years of experience in the commercial human resources services industry, Bohannon most recently consulted independently. Over his career he has helped his clients save hundreds of millions of dollars in all areas of human resources including employee benefits, compensation, technology and operations. Prior to launching his private consulting practice, Bohannon served as CEO of ExcellerateHRO where he formed and operated the joint venture between EDS and Towers Perrin. Bohannon was also previously a partner at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hewitt Associates where, among other activities, he managed both DFW offices and consulted for employers such as JC Penney, Chrysler, Interstate Brands, Infineon and Entergy.
  • Lockton Dunning Benefits welcomes Kevin Seelman as vice president and team lead. With more than 11 years of experience, he will specialize in servicing clients in the health care industry. Seelman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Prior to joining Lockton, he held leadership positions at WEB-TPA, FutureHealth and most recently as vice president at Alere, a health risk management company that focuses on delivering innovative health improvement programs to health plans and large employers.
  • David Hinckley joins the Lockton Dunning Benefits team as senior account executive and team lead. Hinckley most recently served as a manager for Ernst & Young's health and welfare practice in Dallas and he also previously consulted with Watson Wyatt. He possesses more than 12 years of experience in the insurance and benefits consulting industry. Hinckley holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Westminster University in Salt Lake City, UT.
