Jim Kelly Announces That He Will Leave the Food and Drug Law Institute

WASHINGTON, June 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Jim Kelly, who has been the President of the Food and Drug Law Institute for almost three years, announced today that he will not seek renewal of his contract so that he can pursue other opportunities closer to his family in the New York area. Mr. Kelly will remain as President of FDLI until a successor is named. In response to his announcement, William Schultz, Chairman of the Board of the FDLI, issued the following statement:

"On behalf of the Board of the Food and Drug Law Institute, I would like to commend Jim Kelly for his stewardship in ensuring the financial stability of FDLI and for his key role in developing the outstanding programs that the organization has held and the publications that it has issued during the past three years. We wish Jim the best of luck in his future endeavors and we know we can count on Jim to continue to help FDLI."
