Personal Training Experts Unveil San Jose Studio

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Responding to demand for personal training options that better accommodate today's busy lives, U.S. Fitness Pros (USFP) today opened its first South Bay studio. The facility is centrally located in the Almaden Plaza Shopping Center, at Almaden Expressway and Blossom Hill Road.
"The more closely a fitness routine flows with the rhythm of a person's daily activities, the easier it is to sustain," said Richard Reed, USFP Founder. "By creating a specialized studio, we're providing clients with greater choice and control over their workout schedules. Ultimately, this improves their potential for success."
Throughout recent years, USFP introduced Bay Area residents to the concept of in-home personal training -- with a staff of highly skilled, nationally certified experts who create and manage customized fitness plans for people of all ages and physical condition.
Initially, participants were eager to workout exclusively in the privacy of their homes. However, as the popularity of in-home training has surged, it is clear that residential environments sometimes pose limitations. For example, if large-scale equipment is required on a particular day, or if several friends prefer to train together in a small-group setting, the best option is often a local training facility.
USFP's new 1600-square-foot studio addresses these needs with a safe, convenient, dedicated training space that is fully equipped for Pilates, yoga, strength and cardio training, body sculpting, and sports-specific development. Unlike home settings, the studio is designed precisely for training activities. Yet it is more intimate and comfortable than crowded, multi-purpose health clubs.
To begin, each USFP client receives a complimentary evaluation that considers personal fitness goals and interests, baseline health indicators, eating habits, daily schedule, physical limitations and prior injuries. Next, USFP designs a comprehensive action plan, and selects the best trainer to put that plan into motion -- providing guidance, motivation and support every step of the way.
"As a Silicon Valley marketing entrepreneur, I'm always on the move," said Gary Ellis, a charter client. "The studio adds a dynamic new dimension to my workout mix, and makes it even easier to take advantage of USFP's competence and individual attention. Whether we meet down the hall in my home or down the street in their studio, USFP is always deeply committed to keeping me in top form."
