WinCo Foods Voluntarily Recalls Beef and Ground Beef Sold at Some Stores Between May 9 and May 15, 2009 Due to Possible Contamination

Of the recalled 380,000 pounds, WinCo Foods received only 4 cases of beef (approximately 200 pounds) which were then shipped to one or more of the following WinCo Foods store locations for further processing and sale to the public:

Store #9, Happy Valley, Oregon, 11250 S.E. 82nd Ave. Store #11, Nampa, Idaho, 2020 Caldwell Blvd. Store #13, Portland, Oregon, 1222 N.E. 102nd Ave. Store #15, Portland, Oregon, 1950 N.E. 122nd Ave. Store #16, Puyallup, Washington, 9518 176th Street E. Store #18, Salem, Oregon, 1240 Lancaster Dr. S.E. Store #20, Salem, Oregon, 4575 S.E. Commercial Store #22, Vancouver, Washington, 9700 N.E.
