National Care Network (NCN) Acquires Data Advantage Corporation

GRAPEVINE, Texas, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- National Care Network (NCN) has completed the acquisition of Data Advantage Corporation, a leading healthcare information company. The acquisition combines NCN's recognized cost control services with Data Advantage's strategic products and information. This new relationship will offer providers and payors new and innovative ways to analyze and interpret healthcare data.

Since its founding in 1992, Data Advantage has been an innovator in healthcare information products and services. Through benchmarking and analysis Data Advantage helps clients understand and monitor clinical and financial performance, assess their market position, create competitive strategies and identify quality improvement opportunities.
