Millstone Medical Outsourcing Enhances Company Leadership with Two New Hires

FALL RIVER, Mass., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Millstone Medical Outsourcing announced today that the company recently hired two new experienced professionals to lead significant areas of operation. Timothy J. Early, who started his tenure at Millstone September 1(st), will serve as Vice President of Technical Services. Tim Lucenti will serve as Program Manager for the Memphis, TN, processing and distribution center. He joined the company on August 10(th). Both new hires offer valuable expertise that will further enhance quality and service for Millstone's customers. Mr. Early is a packaging specialist with 27 years of diversified experience, including packaging engineering, quality engineering and management, and medical packaging marketing and business development. He personally holds two patents for laparoscopic packaging innovations. He was a founder of a medical package design and validation company. Previous experience also includes positions at Boston Scientific, DUPONT TYVEK(R), Johnson & Johnson, C. R. Bard, and Cordis Corporation. Mr. Early is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, he is a published author of several packaging documents, and he has held a number of prestigious industry leadership positions.

Mr. Lucenti is a seasoned operations manager with expertise in manufacturing engineering, research and development, continuous process improvement, and new product start-up. Before Millstone, he served as Value Stream Manager/Lean Manufacturing Manager at Federal Mogul Friction Products where he was responsible for launching new products and process changes. His experience also includes 12 years in a customer-focused environment, direction of companywide preventative and corrective action activities, responsibility for departmental quality defect reductions, and the application of six sigma methodology to facility-wide continuous improvement initiatives. Mr. Lucenti is trained in Engineering Data Analysis of manufacturing processes and improvements and is a trainer of Six Sigma Concepts and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
