Equity Capital Management PLC, (ECM) believes that in the current economic climate there are distinct opportunities to purchase under-performing asset-rich businesses ECM business model is to target such under performing companies. ECM believes HTDS is a good target for the acquisition because it is an under-performing and undervalued company, with a great potential. ECM has not been paid in cash or stock for this report on HTDS. ECM may invoice the company for a voluntary cash payment should its report prove to be of assistance to the company.
