Gresham Station Surgery Center Partners with Symbion Healthcare

GRESHAM, Ore., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Gresham Station Surgery Center (GSSC) today announced Symbion Healthcare has purchased a 28.8 percent ownership interest in the physician-owned, multi-specialty surgical facility. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

A leading provider of outpatient surgical services, Symbion operates a network of 68 short-stay surgical facilities across 26 states. GSSC is the company's first facility in Oregon.
