The Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition Offers Seminar on Free Treatment for Breast Cancer

Seminar Provides Insight into Underutilized Treatment Program
HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- FREE treatment is available to Pennsylvania women who are diagnosed with breast and cervical cancer. Unfortunately many women, and many healthcare providers, are not aware of this program. The PA Breast Cancer Coalition (PBCC) is hosting a FREE seminar for medical professionals on Tuesday, October 13 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m to spread the word about the Commonwealth of PA's Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Program.
The seminar will be held in the Metro rooms of the Harrisburg Hilton & Towers. It will feature speakers from the PA Department of Health, the PA Health Law Project, PA Department of Welfare and the PBCC who are all knowledgeable about the program. Each speaker will present information to ensure that breast cancer patients without adequate insurance will receive the care and treatment necessary to fight the disease.
