Weight Watchers veteran

Mr. Eberly most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of
North American operations for Weight Watchers International, which included
P&L responsibilities for the U.S.,
Prior to his EVP role, Eberly held senior field operating and business development positions with Weight Watchers North America and prior to that was CMO for WeightWatchers.com where he helped take the company from start-up to the revenue leader in online weight loss. Weight Watchers International acquired WeightWatchers.com in 2005.
