Tyco International Announces Exchange Rate for Quarterly Dividend

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- As previously announced, the Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC) declared a quarterly dividend of 0.23 Swiss Francs (CHF) per share, payable on November 24, 2009 to shareholders of record as of October 30, 2009. The US dollar amount of the dividend payment will be $0.2262 per share, based on the USD/CHF exchange rate in effect on November 17, 2009 of 1.0168.
