DETROIT, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- A new Web site - www.semflu.org - has been created to offer the public a single source of information on H1N1 public immunization clinics for seven southeast Michigan counties as well as the City of Detroit.
The counties included in the Web site are Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw and Wayne. "Detroit and each of the counties are scheduling their own clinics to serve their respective populations," said Gary Petroni, Director of the Center for Population Health at the Southeastern Michigan Health Association. SEMHA developed the Web site. Clinic dates, times, locations and other important information can be found by clicking on the name of the specific county or Detroit.
Links to other helpful H1N1 influenza Web sites are also offered. These include the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the Michigan Department of Community Health and flu.gov.
