HealthAmerica(R) and HealthAssurance(R) Contract With Pottstown Memorial Medical Center in Southeastern Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG, Pa., July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthAmerica and HealthAssurance have signed a multi-year agreement with Pottstown Memorial Medical Center in Montgomery County.
This agreement is effective July 1, 2005, and enhances HealthAmerica and HealthAssurance's expansion into the southeastern Pennsylvania region. It anticipates continued network development activity throughout 2005.
Pottstown Memorial Medical Center is a 221-bed facility with 134 active physicians. It offers a 24-hour emergency room and full services to residents of the Pottstown area and surrounding Montgomery County.
