TriZetto Selects SuccessFactors Business Execution Software
SAN MATEO, Calif., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced that TriZetto Group, Inc., a healthcare IT firm serving health plans, has selected SuccessFactors’ Business Execution (BizX) Suite to foster internal staff development and enhance operations.
TriZetto’s technology touches half of the total insured population in the United States and provides a wide range of enterprise administration, care management and constituent Web solutions to healthcare payer organizations. SuccessFactors will provide the company with further visibility into employee compensation and development processes and integration of modules to cultivate workforce talent, as well as tie employee compensation directly to performance to further enhance operations.
With very specific job requirements and skills necessary for employee success at TriZetto, the company wanted hiring managers to have greater visibility into the company’s internal talent base to continue to retain and promote top talent from within rather than look externally to fill open positions.
