Chi Solutions Management to Complete Acquisition from Carilion Clinic

ANN ARBOR, Mich., March 31 /PRNewswire/ — Chi Solutions, Inc. (Chi), a nationally recognized healthcare consultancy focused on diagnostic outreach program management, Lean Six Sigma, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and operations improvement, announced today that its management team will complete the acquisition of the company from Carilion Clinic on April 1, 2010.

Current Chi executives Kathy Murphy, PhD, and Earl Buck have purchased the company with the vision of returning Chi to its legacy as a private, independent consulting firm. Under its new ownership, Chi will continue to establish long-term partnerships with clients by offering contracts and performance guarantees that fit clients’ needs.
