Life Time Fitness to Present at Adams Harkness 25th Annual Summer Seminar

Life Time Fitness, Inc. (NYSE:LTM), a national operator of distinctive and large health and fitness centers, announced today that Michael Robinson, Life Time Fitness executive vice president and chief financial officer, will present at the Adams Harkness 25th Annual Summer Seminar, to be held August 2-4 at the Marriott Long Wharf Hotel in Boston. The Life Time Fitness presentation will occur on Tuesday, August 2nd, at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern).

The presentation will be webcast live and may be accessed at the Life Time Fitness Web site, www.lifetimefitness.com, by clicking on the, "Investor Relations," link found under, "About Us." A replay of the presentation will be available through September 30, 2005.
