NEW YORK, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Optigenex Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: OPGX), a leading DNA sciences company, today announced that it has formed a joint venture company with Prometheon Holding, LLC to develop and market a new line of nutraceutical products containing Optigenex's AC-11(R) as its core ingredient. Prometheon Labs' product line will target the homeopathic and naturopathic markets, offering consumers convenient, all natural nutritional supplements.
The first product, Avatar 8, is an all natural DNA repair, anti-oxidant, supplement that helps to inhibit inflammation and relieve joint and muscle pain. Its core ingredient, AC-11(R), is a clinically studied extract from a rainforest botanical that enhances the body's repair process to restore function and increase energy. Avatar 8 will be available in September in health food stores throughout the New York metropolitan area.
