GenVec Inc. Of Gaithersburg Reports Second-Quarter Net Loss of $3M

GenVec Inc., of Gaithersburg, a biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for cancer, heart disease and vision
loss, and vaccines for infectious diseases, reported a second-quarter net loss of $3 million, or 5 cents per diluted share, on revenue of $7.3 million, versus a net loss of $4.8 million, or 9 cents per diluted share, on revenue of $3.2 million in the prior-year quarter.Source: The Daily Record (Baltimore)
