Orange County, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) March 04, 2011

According to the 2011/2012 economic forecast released by the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC), on February 11th, 2011, Orange County is expected to not only contribute to the state’s revitalization of employment opportunities and economic recovery, but to actually lead the state in job growth. Orange County is expected to add 15,600 jobs in 2011, and another 28,700 jobs in 2012. LAEDC Chief Economist Nancy D. Sidhu states, “That puts Orange County ahead of not just the rest of Southern California, but of the state at large.” Many assume these jobs will rise from the construction industry as they typically do, however, this is not at all true. With the construction industry only estimating an advance of 300 jobs this makes way for more male and female job opportunities in the technical industry, real estate industry, finance, medical, retail, and so on- giving men and women of all ages (including stay-at-home parents who are looking to return to the workforce) the opportunities they deserve. But with so many job opportunities on the rise, what can these men and women do to give themselves an edge up against each other while also landing the highest salary possible?

After analyzing data from a national Harvard Study of Health and Life Quality, Timothy Judge, PhD, management professor at the University of Florida and his team report that good looks do indeed help people such as this land desired jobs and make more money. “There are income disparities between the good-looking and the not-so-good-looking,” Judge states. “We’ve found that, even accounting for intelligence, a person’s feeling of self-worth is enhanced by how attractive they are and this, in turn, results in higher pay.” Their research has been globally recognized in the May issue of the Journal of Applied Psychology, published by the American Psychological Association. With factors such as age, race, and sex being taken into account, Judge and his team found that physical attractiveness had a significant impact on salary, “Good-looking people do tend to think more highly of their worth and capabilities, which may lead to less financial stress and more money.” The researchers also state, “The influence of core self-evaluations on both income and financial strain underlines the critical role it can play in both objective and subjective life success.”

If anyone understands the impact confidence and self-worth have on self-esteem along with the opportunities society delivers to these individuals, it’s CosmetiCare in Newport Beach, a 30 year practice voted one of the “Best Plastic Surgery Centers in Orange County,” Orange County Register–16th Annual People’s Choice. Dr. Niccole (founder and medical director of CosmetiCare) and his team performed over 1,200 breast lift procedures last year alone to men and women looking for a more youthful appearance and competitive edge in the workplace. CosmetiCare understands that while the female breast is a source of beauty and sensuality, many women are not happy with their breast appearance, causing some to suffer from a low self-worth that in turn can harm their chances of displaying a demeanor of confidence. Breasts may be too small, uncomfortably large, sagging or drooping. Women may need help restoring the look of their breasts after mastectomy, and men may need a procedure to correct gynecomastia, a condition men can experience causing embarrassment and low self-image due to excessive male breast tissue. It could be assumed that Newport Beach breast lift seekers would be their most likely patients, or possibly Orange County breast lift seekers, but CosmetiCare has an incredibly strong nationwide following, with patients coming from all areas of the nation and globe in search of the practices unprecedented expertise and experienced team of surgeons who are able to give that perfect breast lift to enhance patients appearance, sky rocket patients self-esteem, and most enjoyably bring forth opportunities that would have passed the patient by.

With Orange County leading the state in economic recovery, it’s CosmetiCare’s joy to give their patients the self-worth they so desire and ultimately help their patients receive the most they possibly can out of life. Mother’s returning to work and men looking for competitive edge in the workforce are only some patients who have reported life-changing breast lift results through Dr. Niccole and his extraordinary team, providing the practice with countless testimonials to prove it.
