RMACT Supports the American Dietetic Association in Its “Eat Right with Color” Initiative

Norwalk, CT (PRWEB) March 15, 2011

As part of its Fertility and Wellness Program, RMACT is hosting four seminars and interactive grocery store tours that are open to the public.

“‘Eat Right with Color’ is a fantastic initiative that patients can apply to every meal and snack,” says Gundell, MS. “Key vitamins and minerals are found in foods that are red, green, orange and even white. While the idea seems simple, it brings to life the core idea behind healthy eating ““ every element of our diets should bring nutrients and energy to our bodies.”
