Serefex Announces SkinGuard 24 – The ‘All-Day’ Hand Sanitizer
HUDSON, Ohio, March 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Serefex Corporation (Pink Sheets: SFXC) announced today that it has added to its line of “Infection Control and Healthy Building Products” through its master distribution agreement with Rochester, MI-based Triton Technology Group. Serefex’s agreement with Triton provides it with product lines of technologically advanced solutions for this vast marketplace.
Brian Dunn, President, and CEO of Serefex, said, “SkinGuard 24 is our next offering in the platform focusing on Infection Control. SkinGuard 24 is a significantly lower alcohol-based hand sanitizer that utilizes a patented process to retain its broad-spectrum germ killing activity for more than 24 hours.”
SkinGuard 24 remains active on the hands for up to ten hand washings, is the lowest cost use compared to other instant hand sanitizers, is effective against a wider range of pathogens than alcohol-based products, and does not contain Triclosan.
Most people do not realize that when they use a typical alcohol-based instant hand sanitizer on the market today, that their hands are only disinfected for that moment in time. Once they touch anything with germs, such as money, door handles, cell phones, steering wheels or even shake somebody’s hand, their hands are contaminated again. A very similar analogy is that of a car windshield in the rain. Your windshield is only clean for that brief moment in time after the wiper makes a cleaning pass, and then it is bombarded with hundreds of new droplets.
SkinGuard 24, however, remains bonded with the skin until the protected skin cells are exfoliated and shed per the body’s normal replacement cycle, providing long lasting protection.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) states, “Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others.”
