China Ruitai International Holdings Co. Reschedules First Quarter 2011 Financial Results Conference Call to 10:00 am ET on Monday May 23, 2011

(“China Ruitai”, or “the Company”) (OTC Bulletin Board: CRUI), a manufacturer and distributor of cellulose ether additives for use in the production of pharmaceuticals, construction materials, PVC products, foods and beverages and cosmetics, today announced that it would reschedule its first quarter 2011 financial results conference call to 10:00 am ET on Monday, May 23, 2011. The Company has already released its March 31, 2011 10-Q on May 16 however due to business travel of the Company’s management team, the Company has postponed its previously scheduled call, today, May 18, to Monday May 23.
