Girls On The Run combines training for a 5K running event with healthy living education. Their spring 5K is Saturday, May 21, at Anne Arundel Community College, beginning at 9 a.m.

“We are excited about this sponsorship because of the great programming that Girls On The Run provides in our communities,” Danielle Goldstein, CBAY Director of Operations said. “Their healthy lifestyle education is aligned with the work our physical therapists provide and our mission to help get patients back to work and play.”
