Echo Therapeutics Announces NASDAQ Listing

PHILADELPHIA, June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Echo Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB: ECTE), a company developing its needle-free Symphony(TM) tCGM System as a non-invasive, wireless, transdermal continuous glucose monitoring system and its Prelude(TM) SkinPrep System for transdermal drug delivery, is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

Echo expects its shares to begin trading on NASDAQ on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. The Company will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “ECTE.”
