DRE, Inc., a premier medical equipment distributor, recently supplied surgical equipment for an expansion to the Florida International University College of Nursing & Health Sciences Simulation Center.

FIU is a public university in Miami, Fla. The nursing Simulation Center includes exam rooms, hospital stations, and other settings that allow students to learn in real-life settings. Registered nurses studying in the Anesthesiology Nursing Program are among the students who practice in the Simulation Center. It is part of the Health and Life Sciences Building, which has been open for about two years and recently underwent an expansion.

DRE provided a wide range of medical products to the Simulation Center, including operating-room tables, stretchers, anesthesia machines, operating room lights, crash carts, incubators, hospital beds and much more.

In additional to research facilities, DRE provides surgical equipment and medical supplies to a wide range of medical facilities, including Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Doctors’ Offices and Clinics, Universities, Veterinary Clinics, Rehabilitation Centers, and all other medical-related businesses where cost containment and equipment up time is important.
