The Trammell Law Firm and Attorney Deborah Evans have recently filed a lawsuit against H&P Industries, manufacturers of potentially contaminated Triad Alcohol Prep Pads recalled by the Food and Drug Administration in January 2011.

Clarksville, Tennessee (PRWEB) August 16, 2011

The Trammell Law Firm and Attorney Deborah Evans of Clarksville, Tennessee have recently filed a lawsuit against H&P Industries, manufacturers of potentially contaminated Triad Alcohol Prep Pads recalled by the Food and Drug Administration in January 2011.

The lawsuit was filed in Montgomery County, Tennessee on behalf of injured plaintiff Mitchell Gold seeking damages for injuries sustained from using these contaminated pads.

Hundreds of millions of Triad Group alcohol wipes used in hospitals and clinics and sold under the private labels of grocery stores and drugstores were covered by the January recall because of potential contamination with bacteria. These products are often used to clean skin before injections; many may still be in people’s homes.

The contamination has allegedly caused serious infections, injuries and even death to individuals. They have also caused financial losses to businesses and medical facilities affected by the recall. The Trammell Law Firm and Attorney Deborah Evans represent both affected individuals and businesses on a contingency fee basis.

The Trammell Law Firm and Attorney Deborah Evans are currently reviewing potential claims for individuals and businesses who have suffered injury or financial losses as a result of the recently recalled alcohol swabs, alcohol pads and alcohol swab sticks, which were sold under a variety of brand names and included with several injectable medications.

The lawsuit was filed in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Tennessee at Clarksville, Civil Action MCCCCVOD11-1559 on behalf of Plaintiffs Mitchell Gold and Clara Gold, pursuant to the Tennessee Products Liability Act, against Defendants, Triad-Group Inc, Triad Pharmaceuticals and H&P Industries Inc.
