Posted on: Tuesday, 23 August 2005, 12:00 CDT

Image Technology Laboratories, Inc. (OTC BB:IMTL) is pleased to announce the completion of the second phase of its agreement with St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, NY. The St. Anthony Community Hospital's new Women's Health Center opened recently, offering the most advanced digital mammography system available in Orange County.

Expanding upon the proven value of its existing WarpSpeed PACS/RIS system, radiologists are able to work from one and/or all sites as if they are at one physical location. IMTL's single database image and information management system provides paperless workflow, instant access to comprehensive clinical information, and enhanced diagnostic tools for radiologists and clinicians throughout their network. In addition to the workflow benefits, IMTL solutions leverage the benefits of the all digital imaging center, eliminating the resources required to generate, manage and store film records.

Barry Muradian, IMTL's President and CEO, acknowledged the recent milestone. "St. Anthony Community Hospital has proven its commitment to quality, now projecting advanced patient services throughout the community. The introduction of our Mammography Module will further enhance the benefit St. Anthony Community Hospital will derive from their completely digital environment. The result is faster, more reliable access to clinical findings."

"We are delighted to deliver superior patient services to where there needed most, close to home. IMTL has allowed us to seamlessly incorporate this technology into a complete digital information system that accelerates access to clinical findings," says Leah Cerkvenik, Executive Vice President/Administrator for the hospital.

Lewis M. Edwards, Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of IMTL, expressed confidence in the Company's technology: "The distributed site workflow automation capability in our WarpSpeed system provided the flexibility and efficiency needed by the radiologists and staff supporting St. Anthony Hospital and the Women's Health Center for shared production and access to radiological images and information".
