Landacorp, a SHPS company, today announced an agreement with Lake Hospital System of Painesville, Ohio to implement Landacorp's Maxsys II medical management software. Lake will implement the Maxsys II module for Risk Management, with the option of adding the modules of Case Management and Quality Management at a later date. Lake will also use Landacorp's Note Templates functionality and report writer tool kit.
A leader in community healthcare in Northeast Ohio since 1902, Lake Hospital System has grown to become the largest employer in Lake County - currently including seven state-of-the-art facilities, 500 physicians and 2,200 health care professionals. As an integral part of their community for more than 100 years, Lake Hospital System is committed to providing superior care delivered by dedicated professionals.
"We're pleased to welcome Lake Hospital System to the Landacorp family," said Bruce Kirschner, vice president, medical management sales for Landacorp. "With its flexibility and ease of use, Maxsys II will provide Lake with improved efficiency and allow them access to important, actionable data."
Maxsys II is a comprehensive, integrated patient-centric medical management software product for healthcare providers and integrated delivery systems. Administrative staff, medical staff, nurses, and physicians typically use the system in support of care, utilization and quality management; risk management; process improvement; and provider credentialing. And because it is a scalable medical management solution comprised of modules that can be licensed individually or together, Maxsys II can evolve and expand along with customer needs.
