Pacer Health Corporation (OTCBB:PHLH), an owner-operator of acute care hospitals and psychiatric care facilities, today unveiled a series of new, branded websites for three of its wholly owned facilities: Minnie G. Boswell Memorial Hospital, http://www.mgbmh.com; South Cameron Memorial Hospital, http://www.scmhospital.com; and Calcasieu Oaks Geriatric Psychiatric Hospital, http://www.caloakshospital.com.
Each site will maintain a look and feel that is consistent with Pacer Health's overall branding strategy and will serve as a clearinghouse for information of interest to patients, Pacer Health employees and the local communities they serve. The sites have been designed to provide ongoing news updates and comprehensive information on hospital staff and upcoming hospital events.
Minnie G. Boswell Memorial Hospital primarily serves the residents of Greensboro, Georgia and surrounding areas. An accredited JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) facility, Minnie G. Boswell is comprised of a 25-bed acute care hospital and a 29-bed skilled nursing facility. The hospital maintains sole community provider status in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and also serves the area's several thousand oil and gas exploration personnel, commercial and recreational fishermen.
Calcasieu Oaks Geriatric Psychiatric Hospital provides short term acute care to patients ages 50 and over in rural Southwestern Louisiana. It is a 24-bed, 24-hour hospital that assesses the mental health and medical status of mature adults, and provides short-term acute care to individuals with emotional and behavioral disorders.
