eFoodSafety.Com, Inc. Subsidiary, Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd. Announces Exclusive Manufacturing Agreement

Robert Bowker, President of Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF), announced today that Knock-Out Technologies signed an exclusive manufacturing agreement with NutraLab, Inc.

NutraLab, Inc. will be the exclusive manufacturer of Knock-Out's products, initially the Big Six Plus Germicidal and the Anthrax Sporicidal. NutraLab will work with the company on packaging, formulation, and a delivery system for its products.

"We continue to get everything ready as we await EPA Registration on the Big Six Germicidal and prepare the Anthrax Sporicidal for EPA Registration. NutraLab, Inc. has its own large, well-established portfolio of proprietary formulations and is committed to using only quality ingredients in their clients' products.
