Mental Health Program Expands to Local Area
September 29, 2005
Tri-County Mental Health Services has expanded its multi- systemic home-based therapy program into northern Cumberland and Franklin counties.
Known as MST, the program is a family-oriented, home-based program for children, adolescents and families affected by emotional and behavioral difficulties.
It targets juvenile offenders at high risk of out-of-home placement and their families.
MST is based on the philosophy that the most effective route to help young people is through helping their families and connecting with the systems in which they live.
