Crucell Files Financial Statements With Euronext for H1 2005 in Accordance With IFRS

LEIDEN, Netherlands, Sept. 30, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext:CRXL) (Nasdaq:CRXL) announced today that it has filed its Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the Period Ended June 30, 2005, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The filing was lodged with Euronext within the required timeframe.
