Your Life: BODY Confidential: FRANK LAMPARD

When he's not working his magic on the pitch, Chelsea and England star Frank, 27, likes relaxing at home with his fiancee Elen Rives and their baby daughter Luna.
ANY health vices you'd like to admit to?
Sweets - I eat lots of them when I'm at home.
HAVE you ever followed a diet?
I diet at the end of the summer when I've had a lot of time off so I can go back to training in the right shape. I tend to cut back on carbohydrates.
APART from training, what do you do to stay fit?
I like long-distance running, but it's hard to fit in anything else because we train so much.
WHEN did you last get eight hours' sleep?
Since I've had the baby I've been away a lot with the team so I've been able to catch up on my sleep in hotels. But when I'm at home it's obviously been a bit broken.
YOUR biggest food sin?
Chocolate.
FAVOURITE tipple?
I like a beer, but only one or two!
WHAT foods do you always have in your kitchen?
Pasta, salad and yoghurts. Pretty healthy stuff.
HAIRY chest or smooth and sleek?
Smooth and sleek. It's a nicer, cleaner look. And you don't get those hairs that sprout over the top of your shirt.
HAVE you ever had any health problems?
I used to get tonsillitis regularly until I had my tonsils lasered off.
YOUR best grooming tip?
Face cream. When you train a lot you dehydrate, so that's probably the only thing I do regularly.
WHAT do you like about your body?
My legs, I suppose - I keep them in shape because they've got a job to do.
AND your least favourite bit?
My feet - they've been damaged from training every day and don't always look great.
HOW do you chill out?
Relaxing at home with my family and walking my dogs in the park.
WHAT makes you laugh?
My friends.
