Fitness company Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE:NLS) has released its Holiday 2005 Home Health and Fitness Catalog featuring more than 200 gift ideas for those looking to give or receive the gift of fitness this holiday season.

The full-color 56-page catalog and accompanying website, www.nautiluscatalog.com , features more than 80 new products including the fully-customizable Nautilus(R) Sport Series treadmill, Bowflex(R) Revolution(TM) home gym, and Bowflex SelectTech(TM) 220 dumbbells, along with the popular Bowflex Xtreme(TM) 2 and Ultimate(TM) 2 home gyms. For the first time, the catalog also includes Pearl Izumi(R) fitness apparel, along with health and fitness tips from the Nautilus Institute(TM).

"The Nautilus catalog makes it easy for people to shop direct for a broad range of quality fitness products for themselves or for their loved ones from a company known for delivering the highest-quality fitness products."

The Nautilus catalog is the first catalog ever issued in October, and just the second catalog ever issued by the health and fitness leader.

Among the items featured in the catalog:

Nautilus, Inc. recently announced that any Nautilus branded home cardiovascular fitness equipment is now backed by an industry-leading lifetime warranty on frames, 10 years on parts and electronics, and one year on labor and wear parts such as grips, upholstery and cables.

-- An assortment of durable Bowflex(R) equipment for active people who seek quick and easy results. Products under the Bowflex brand now include home exercise gyms, the popular Bowflex TreadClimber(R) cardio machine, treadmills, free weights, strength cages, and accessories.
