PhereSys(TM) Therapeutics Appoints John Ball, MD, As Its Midwest Regional Medical Director

PhereSys Therapeutics Corporation ("PhereSys") announced today that John Ball, MD, has joined PhereSys Therapeutics as its Midwest Regional Medical Director. Dr. Ball graduated from the George Washington University School of Medicine and was the Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago before assuming his current positions as Medical Director at Logan Square Dialysis and Chief, Section of Nephrology, at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. He has over 25 years' experience in the fields of nephrology and therapeutic apheresis, and has published numerous scientific articles. Dr. Ball is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Nephrology.
