Geisinger Health Plan Selects Amisys Synertech Inc. (ASI) to Provide Consumer-Directed Healthcare Administration Services

Geisinger Health Plan (GHP), which serves the healthcare needs of more than 211,000 individuals throughout central and northeastern Pennsylvania and was recently identified as one of the Top 20 commercial health plans*, has selected ASI to provide comprehensive consumer-directed healthcare (CDH) administration services in support of their new CDH product.

Under the terms of the three-year agreement, ASI will provide GHP with an integrated claims administration software solution for complete processing of their Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). ASI will provide GHP with comprehensive HSA support, including enrollment services, claims processing, web services and management of withdrawals, distributions and contributions. HSA custodial services and debit card services are provided through ASI's strategic partnerships with Mellon and Evolution Benefits.
