Congressman Gregory W. Meeks Set to Organize a Town Hall Meeting onNew Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage Program

ST. ALBANS, N.Y., Oct. 24 /U.S. Newswire/ -- U.S. Congressman Gregory W. Meeks (D-N.Y.) announced today that he is organizing a Town Hall Meeting on The New Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage Program. The Town Hall will be held at the Robert Ross Johnson Family Life Center located at 172-17 Linden Blvd. (near Merrick Blvd.), on Monday, Nov. 7, at 12 Noon. Lunch will be served. During this meeting, Medicare specialists will lead a presentation about the new program and the available options and benefits to the participants. There will be a question and answer session as well as tools to assist seniors in determining which program may be best for them.
"Whether you are a senior, a person with a disability or someone trying to help a parent or friend I urge you to attend this Town Hall so that you can learn what options are available to you or your loved one.
