AMA Houston Highlights Hispanic Healthcare Marketing; Seminar Scheduled for Thursday, November 10

The American Marketing Association (Houston Chapter) Healthcare and Hispanic Special Interest Groups have joined together to host "From Insights to Opportunities: Transforming Hispanic Cultural Insights into Healthcare Revenues," scheduled for Thursday, November 10, 2005.

David Morse, President and CEO of New American Dimensions (www.newamericandimensions.com), will share key insights into the Hispanic consumer segment and discuss in detail what every marketer and business decision maker should know, including:

-- Demographics of the Hispanic population in Houston, growth

rate, purchasing power, general purchasing patterns,

healthcare purchasing patterns/needs;

-- How skills in cultural competency will unlock marketing

opportunities in the healthcare and medical market; and

-- Background on overall trends in healthcare compared to

healthcare purchasing patterns in general from the Hispanic

insured consumer/patient.
