I'VE tried virtually every diet. But healthy eating is what it's about.
Biggest food sin?
CHIPS as an occasional treat.
Healthy eater or fast-food?
NO junk. I snack on fruit and nuts.
What's for breakfast?
PORRIDGE or toast and eggs.
How do you stay fit?
AS well as physiotherapy I go to the gym three times a week to use the treadmill and swim. I also do a Pilates class twice a week.
How often do you do a breast check?
MY mother had breast cancer so I check a lot.
What do you like about your body?
MY legs - I've always been pleased I have thin ankles.
Least favourite bit?
MY pointy chin and my posture.
What beauty product can't you live without?
SHAMPOO - I can't bear dirty hair.
Who would you like to look like other than yourself?
A COMBINATION of Kylie's bum, Madonna's arms and Sienna's hair.
Sun worship or shady lady?
I LOVE lying in the sun.
Best beauty tip?
BODY brushing for getting rid of cellulite. I love my legs after a good brushing.
Food always in your fridge?
FISH, chicken, broccoli, tomatoes.
Idea of happiness?
WATCHING my boys grow up.
Leslie's Matron Bio Hand Wash Gel kills MRSA and MSSA on your hands and costs pounds 3.99 from Asda, Superdrug and Sainsbury's.
