China Health Holding Announced Today Plans to Focus on Enhanced Natural Herbal Supplement Development

China Health Holding (NASD OTCBB: CHHH), a developer, marketer and manufacturer of natural herbal supplement products based on traditional Chinese Medicine, announced today a retraction of the Company's press release of July 18, 2005. Julianna Lu, the President of the Company, also announced today that she is retracting her statement that the Company's products "had success in China in curing certain cancers, diabetes mellitus, cardio-vascular and cerebral-vascular system dysfunctions, neurological disorders, and immunological dysfunctions (HIV), incontinence and other large-market opportunities." While practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine have used ingredients in the Company's products in their practices, no clinical studies have been completed that would meet the standards of the U.S. or Canadian health regulatory authorities for making the quoted statement.

The Company intends to postpone seeking the approval of the US Food and Drug Administration for its initial pharmaceutical development plan and strategy. The Company has also amended its global business development strategy and planning to focus exclusively on further research and development, manufacturing and global commercialization of natural herbal supplement products based on the company's knowledge of and expertise in traditional Chinese Medicine.
