Acusphere to Participate in SG Cowen & Co. 6th Annual Global Health Care Conference

Acusphere, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACUS) announced today that it is scheduled to present at SG Cowen & Co. 6th Annual Global Health Care Conference at 6:00 pm local time on Wednesday, November 9, 2005 in Barcelona, Spain at The Hilton Diagonal Mar. Presenting for the Company will be John F. Thero, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
