Molina Healthcare to Participate in SG Cowen & Co. 6th Annual Global Health Care Conference

Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE:MOH) today announced that it will participate in the SG Cowen & Co. 6th Annual Global Health Care Conference to be held November 9 - 10, 2005, in Barcelona, Spain.

John C. Molina, J.D., executive vice president, financial affairs, and chief financial officer of Molina Healthcare, will give a presentation on the Company, followed by a question and answer session.

A live broadcast of the Company's conference presentation will be available on Thursday, November 10th, beginning at 9:10 a.m. CET (3:10 a.m. Eastern time). To access the broadcast, listeners should go to the Investors section of the Company's website, www.molinahealthcare.com, approximately 15 minutes prior to the event to register and download any necessary software.
