Jacques Chaoulli Addressing the Constitutionality of Medicare November 11, 2005 at World Health Care Innovation and Technology Congress

WOBURN, Mass., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacques Chaoulli, Senior Fellow of the Montreal Economic Institute and the man who single-handedly got the key ban on private health care provision in Canada declared unconstitutional, will be presenting on Friday November 11, 2005, from 2:15-2:45p.m. at the World Health Care Innovation and Technology Conference, Washington, D.C.
