Life Time Fitness to Bring Distinctive and Large, Category Redefining Health and Fitness Center to South Jordan, Utah

24-Hour, 110,000 Square Foot Facility to Deliver Unparalleled Sports and Athletic, Professional Fitness, Family Recreation and Resort/Spa Experience

Life Time Fitness, Inc. (NYSE:LTM), a national operator of distinctive and large health and fitness centers, today announced plans to open a new, state-of-the-art sports and athletic, professional fitness, family recreation and resort/spa center in South Jordan, Utah. The new center will mark the company's first in Utah and its 49th nationally.

The health and fitness center will offer 24-hour access to more than 400 pieces of state-of-the-art cardiovascular, resistance and free-weight training equipment, along with many amenities, including multiple group fitness studios with free classes, a team of certified personal trainers and comprehensive programming, a wide selection of adult and youth programs and activities, rock climbing walls, two full-size basketball courts, squash and racquetball courts, dry sauna and steam rooms. The center also sports a large indoor and outdoor aquatics center, featuring multiple two-story waterslides, two large, zero-depth recreation pools, a lap pool, children's interactive play area, and two whirlpools.

Families will appreciate Life Time Fitness' large child center, featuring a play maze, children's court area, computer center, separate infant playroom, and numerous children's activities. Dedicated family locker rooms also are available.
