InforMedix CEO Named Chairman of the Board of the Institute on Aging at the University of Pennsylvania

InforMedix Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: IFMX) announced today that its CEO, Bruce A. Kehr, M.D., was named Chairman of the External Advisory Board of the Institute on Aging (IOA) at the University of Pennsylvania. Penn’s IOA and faculty researchers are nationally renowned for their work in Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and other late-life chronic diseases. The IOA’s External Advisory Board is comprised of leaders in the fields of aging, national health policy in aging research including White House and Congressional relationships, Alzheimer’s disease, senior living and assisted living, public affairs, and media coverage of aging-related issues.

“We are excited to have Dr. Kehr Chair our Board,” said John Q. Trojanowski, M.D., Ph.D. Director of the Institute on Aging at the University of Pennsylvania. “Bruce is already assisting us in recruiting to the Board innovative national experts in chronic care disease management services to the aged, and will make an important contribution to our research and education programs regarding medication non-adherence in senior citizens. He will assist us in achieving the mission of the Institute on Aging, which is to improve the health of the elderly by increasing the quality and quantity of clinical and basic research, as well as educational programs focusing on normal aging and aging related disease.”
