Depomed to Present at the New York Society of Security Analysts Annual Biotech/Specialty Pharma Conference

Depomed, Inc. (NASDAQ:DEPO) today announced that vice president and chief financial officer, John F. Hamilton, will present on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 9:10 a.m. ET during the New York Society of Security Analysts Annual Biotech/Specialty Pharma Conference.
