Posted on: Wednesday, 21 December 2005, 09:00 CST

MediSys Corporation (Pink Sheets:MDYS) today announced it has completed installation and training a new MaxLife Center for Men(TM) Licensed Clinic. The Clinic is the first to be installed in Broward County and is located in Pembroke Pines, FL and owned and operated by Dr. Andres Patron, who is an internist specializing in Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Patron has more than 15 years of experience as a physician.

This latest addition to the MaxLife Center for Men(TM) licensed clinics is located at 601 N. Flamingo Road, Suite 416, in Pembroke Pines, Florida and it will be providing specialized services to men and will be able to detect a myriad of serious diseases earlier in the disease process, including: prostate cancer and other urinary tract malignancies, vascular disease, diabetes, coronary artery disease, hypertension and several lesser known conditions using the MaxLife Center for Men(TM) proprietary system.

According to Dr. Patron, "It is commonly known that early detection of disease is the key to treatment and a cure. While the area of women's health care is well developed, with women going to their OBGYN or to a women's center for specialized care, until now men in the Pembroke Pines area have had no where to go for specialized care." Dr. Patron remarked, "We are very excited about opening The MaxLife Center for Men(TM), now men can come to our office and to receive the care they want and need. Using The MaxLife Center for Men(TM) we can make a difference, we can save lives!"

Dr. Patron is an Internist who specialized in Osteopathic at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, New York and graduated in 1989. Concurrent with his private practice he has been conducting Clinical Research since 1992 for companies such as: Novartis (NVS:NYSE), Eli Lilly (LLY:NYSE), Medpointe Pharmaceutical, Pfizer (PFE:MYSE), Merck (MRK:NYSE), Forest Labs, Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY:NYSE), Glaxo (GSK:NYSE), Takeda (TKPHF: Other OTC), and others.

Dr. Patron is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has been in Private Practice for 12 Years. He completed his internship/residency at Coney Island Hospital, Brooklyn, New York in 1989 and his residency at Summit Hospital, New Jersey in 1992.

MediSys Corporation Chief Executive Officer Joshua Konigsberg commented, "We are thrilled about Dr. Patron and his staff joining The MaxLife Center for Men family of licensed clinics. To have someone with his qualifications, experience in research and affiliations with major Pharmaceutical companies make a decision to become a licensed clinic simply further edifies the clinical aspects of the MaxLife Center for Men and the current market conditions. This is the fourth of what will be many new licensees in the South Florida market. If executed properly Dr. Patron should be on track to produce an additional $250,000 to his practice revenues in the next 12 months while improving the quality of many lives!"
